Doris N. Roades, 95, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Heartland of Hillsboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. 

She was born Jan. 17, 1917 the daughter of the late Omer Lee and Mahla Howard Price, Sr. 

She is survived by three siblings, Chris Griffith, Henry Price, and Jr. (Patty) Price, all of Hillsboro; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Birtsyl Roades; two sisters, Mary Helton and Marie Lands; two brothers, Howard and James Price; three sisters-in-law, Nellie Price, Phyllis Price and Audrey Price; and a niece Pat Price.

Funeral services will be held noon Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Hillsboro Free Will Baptist Church. The Rev. Richard Burns will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Hamer Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service at noon at the church. The Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro, is serving the family.
