Donna Jean Tackett, 56, of Washington C.H., died Monday, Jan. 17, 2011 at Mount Carmel West Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born Feb. 6, 1954 in Sabina to Ralph and Margie (Warner) McGraw.
Mrs. Tackett was an employee of Walmart in Washington C.H.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Tackett, whom she married March 25, 1972; two daughters, Tracy (Todd) Callender of Washington C.H. and Jackie Tackett of Jeffersonville; one son, Chuck (Sally) Tackett of Washington C.H.; 11 grandchildren, Tyler Ratliff, Travis Knaub, Donna Knaub, Charley Knaub, Clay Callender, Cole Callender, Chuck Tackett II, Destiny Tackett, Robert Tackett, Brad Card and Adrianna Card; four sisters, Judy Gragg of Greenfield, Patty McGraw of Greenfield, Betty West of Greenfield and Vada McGraw of Chillicothe; four brothers, Ronnie (Lisa) McGraw of Hillsboro, Eddie McGraw of Rainsboro, Benny McGraw of Rainsboro and Ralph McGraw of Chillicothe; numerous nieces and nephews; and many special friends at Walmart in Washington C.H.
She was preceded in death by four sisters, Ruth Evelyn McGraw, Kathleen Frances McGraw, Dottie Merritt and Ruby East; one nephew, Kenny Ralph McGraw; and both parents.
Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 20 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with pastor Randy Lee officiating. Burial will follow at the Good Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.
