Dolores “Dee” Priest, 80, of Highland, died Saturday evening, Sept. 10, 2011 in hospice care at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She was born Dec. 10, 1930 in Samantha, the daughter of the late Richard Dewey and Stella Myrtle Alexander Forge.
She is survived by six children, Micki J. (John) Russell of Highland, Marsha K. (Carl) Hannah of Leesburg, Rick J. (Sue) Priest of Leesburg, Timothy L. (Sonja) Priest of Hillsboro, Debbie L. (Karl) Pandorf of Winston-Salem, N.C. and Michael A. (Pam) Priest of Dublin; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Junior “Skillett” Priest, on May 1, 2007; one son, Steven Wayne Priest; grandsons, Christopher and Brandon Pandorf; one great-grandson, Branten Coonrod; and one sister, Esther Maxine Brown.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Highland Cemetery. Pastor Mary Cyrus will officiate. Friends and family are invited to the residence on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
