David Hurley

David Hurley, 71, of Wilmington, passed away at home on Thursday night, Oct. 23, 2014.
He was born June 29, 1943 in Wilmington, the son of the late Jesse Defoe and Audra Mae (Willis) Hurley.
On May 27, 1988 in Wilmington, he married Peggy A. Bissinger Hurley, who survives.
He was a 1961 Kingman High School graduate, had been a farmer in the Sabina area in his younger days, and most importantly, was a dedicated employee of the Clinton Memorial Hospital after 31.5 years of service in the Maintenance Department.
In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his two sons, Jon (Angie) Hurley of New Vienna and Doug (Brenda) Hurley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughter, Megan (Denny) Carlier of Hillsboro; two grandsons, Cody and Cory Hurley; and brother, Dale Hurley.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington, with Chaplain William Sangrey officiating. Interment will follow in the New
Burlington Cemetery, New Burlington, Ohio.
Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
