Charles Raymond Yates II, 3-day-old infant son of Charles R. and Danielle S. (Haddox) Yates, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
He is survived by both parents; grandparents, Daniel H. and Carolyn Haddox of South Salem, Donald R. Yates of Greenfield and Marlyn Kassi of Wilmington; great-grandparents, Wilda M. Collier of Greenfield, Agnes L. Williams of Latham and Erma M. Haddox of Chillicothe; one aunt, Tammy (Shane) Vance of Greenfield; cousins, Ashley, Shasta, Will, Mason, Cody, Brian, Crystal, Bob, Shelly, Audrey, Ryan and Kiara; one great aunt, Lena Collier of Wilkesville; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held noon Monday, May 14, 2012 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Pastor Roger Newkirk officiating.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, in care of the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home, 380 Jefferson Street, Greenfield, Ohio 45123.
