Charles F. Willett, 75, of Greenfield, died Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Veterans Medical Center in Dayton.
He was born Sept. 27, 1935 in Greenfield, the son of the late Harry and Blossom Margaret (Yates) Willett.
He was a retired building contractor, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and a member of the Greenfield VFW and Eagles Lodge.
He is survived by seven children, Dana (Nina) Willett of Washington C.H. and Julie Willett, Doug (Chris) Jenkins, Steve Willett, David Willett, Amy Willett, and Johnny Willett, all of Greenfield; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a brother, James (Betty) Willett of Greenfield.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by fo ur brothers and five sisters.
In keeping with Charles's wishes, cremation will take place, and no service or visitation will be held.
Burial will take place at a later date at Greenfield Cemetery.
