Charles Arthur Garrison, 53, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 at his home.

He was born Jan. 13, 1958 in Columbus, the son of William and Chloe (Barnes) Garrison.

He was a member of F.O.E. #1325 of Greenfield. He was most recently a forklift operator at RR Donnelley of Greenfield and former employee of Martin Marietta Stone Quarry in Greenfield.

He is survived by his wife, Shelia (Black) Garrison, whom he married on Sept. 17, 1995; three daughters, Frances Garza of Pataskala, Bernice (Scott) Evans of Blacklick and Kaitlin Garrison of Greenfield; one son, Charles Arthur (Vanessa) Garrison of West Jefferson; six grandchildren, Ariel Evans, William Evans, Celine Garza, Autumn Garrison, Harley Garrison and Carmen Garrison; one brother, Michael (Sharon) Garrison of Maryville, Ill.; one sister, Zola Elaine Garrison
of Chililcothe; three nieces and one nephew several aunts and uncles; and mother-in-law Alice Black of Greenfield.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Garrison; one niece, Lisa Garrison; and both parents.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield, followed by cremation and burial to take place at the convenience of the family. There will be no funeral service observed.
