Bobby Darrell Foster, 75, of Lynchburg passed away Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 at his home.  

He was born April 18, 1937 in Revlo, Ky., the son of the late William and Flonnie Ball Foster.  

He is survived by his wife, Gwen Miller Foster, whom he married on Sept. 2, 1995; one daughter, Allison (Jamie Dunn) Strunk of Leesburg; one son, Robbie (Nannie) Foster of Goshen; five grandchildren; four brothers, Gene Foster of Indiana, Harold Dean (Brenda) Foster of Kentucky, Jimmie Ray Foster of Kentucky and Larry (Ada) Foster of Kentucky; one sister, Brenda Payne of Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Eloise Ross and Bea Hayes Foster; and two brothers, Jack and Billy Foster as well as three infant siblings.  

Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

The Rev. Harold Braley will officiate. Burial will follow in the Harwood Cemetery.

Friends may call on Sunday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home.
