Beverly J. Harmon, 55, of Manchester, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 under Hospice of Hope Care at the Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman.  

She was born April 9, 1956 in Wilmington, the daughter of James A. and Mary F. Clark Spurgeon.  

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Paul Harmon, to whom she was married May 14, 1976 in Fairview; five children, Kathy (Robert) Whaley of Lynchburg, Andrew (Michelle) Harmon of Malta, Ohio, David Harmon of Bradenton, Florida, Daniel (Terri) Harmon and Timothy (Melissa) Harmon of West Union; 14 grandchildren; sisters Nancy E. (Garry) Ramone of Dayton and Debbie (Bill) Hess of Samantha; brother Kenny (Debbie) Spurgeon of Hillsboro; and special friends Katie and Shirley.

Funeral services are incomplete at Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro.
