B. Helen Meyers, 76, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away early Saturday morning, Dec. 26, 2009 at her residence in Hillsboro, Ohio.
She was born July 2, 1933 in Brownstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Harry and Lucille (Jacobs) King. She married Harold Meyers, who passed away Dec. 19, 2007.
She was a member of Carpenter's House of Prayer.
Surviving are two sons, Bill (Donna) Meyers of Hillsboro and Kenny (Dee Dee) Meyers of Ohio; one daughter, Wanda (Mike) Countryman of Hillsboro; one daughter-in-law, Sandy Meyers of Hillsboro; nine grandchildren, Rob (Tracy) Meyers, Nicki (Dan) Knoblauch, Trisha (Dirk) Meyers, Stacey Meyers, Stephanie Meyers, Jesse Meadows, Micaela Countryman, Mackenzie Countryman, and Colton Countryman; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Lawrence (Ellen) King of Sardinia; and one sister, Ruby (Herman) Fisher of Wilmington.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son Joseph Meyers and sister Carol Murphy.
Friends will be received from 4 - 7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009 at the Edgington Funeral Home, 17 East Main Street, Mowrystown, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009 at Edgington Funeral Home, with Pastor Kim Zornes officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mowrsytown Cemetery.
