Arthur Logan, 85, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield.
He was born on March 29, 1927 in New York, N.Y., the son of Milton and Ruth (Cosby) Logan.
He was a former cab driver in New York City and served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by one son, Arthur (Carolyn) Logan, Jr. of Stafford, Va.; two grandsons and one granddaughter; and one niece.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley McCovey and both parents.
A memorial mass will take place on Friday, July 6 at noon at the St. Benignus Catholic Church in Greenfield with Father Mike Paraniuk officiating. Burial will take place at a later time in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Greenfield.
Visitation will not be observed.
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
