Anita Trisdale, 56, of Hillsboro (Belfast community) died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.

She was born on Nov. 21, 1955, the daughter of the late Jimmy Ray and Ruth Evelyn (Sluss) Crabtree.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Zachary Shaffer; a brother, Elmer Crabtree; and a sister, Djuana Shoop.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff Trisdale of Hillsboro; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery and Patricia Trisdale of Belfast; son, Jacky Trisdale of Belfast; daughters and sons-in-law, Jeska and Rodney Shaffer of Hillsboro, and Crystal and James Newsome of Greenfield; two sisters and brother-in-law, Lisa and Jr. Carmack of Mississippi, and Carrie Haskill of Hillsboro; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and her mother-in-law, Zelda Trisdale.

Graveside services will be noon Tuesday, Oct. 9 at the Carmel Cemetery with Denny Riddel officiating. There will be no visitation.

Thompson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
