Ohio lawmakers went home for summer break without passing a bill that would ban child marriage.

Committee members Tuesday released the official schedule for the 2026 City of Hillsboro Festival of the Bells, which will be held July 2-4 in uptown Hillsboro with the theme “Bells Through the Ages.”
