Volunteers place flags for veterans for Memorial Day

Volunteers from the Highland Amateur Radio Association, Highland County Historical Society, Hillsboro Cub Pack 37 and Lynchburg Troop 120 met on May 21 and distributed more than 1,000 flags for veterans' graves at the Hillsboro Cemetery as part of this year's Memorial Day observance.
