Lebanon OSHP Post investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash

Turtlecreek Township – The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on Interstate 75 south near mile post 31 in Turtlecreek Township, Warren County. The crash occurred on April 19 at approximately 12:39 a.m.

The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2020 Kawasaki ZX-10R motorcycle operated by Samual Ousley, 32, of Middletown, Ohio, was travelling south on Interstate 75. A 2011 Honda CRV operated by Gabriel Obregon, 24, of South Lebanon, Ohio was also traveling south on Interstate 75.  

Ousley struck Obregon’s vehicle from behind and was thrown from the motorcycle.

Obregon traveled off the left side of the roadway, striking the concrete median barrier and coming to final rest.

Ousley was pronounced deceased on the scene. Obregon sustained minor injuries and was treated on scene by EMS personnel.

The crash remains under investigation by the Lebanon Post.

The Highway Patrol was assisted on scene by the Middletown Fire Department, the Franklin Township Fire Department, Case Towing and Jacob’s Towing.
