Lebanon OSHP Post investigating three-vehicle fatal crash

Franklin Township – The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a three-vehicle fatal traffic crash. The crash occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 1 on state Route 123 at Robinson Vail Road, Franklin Township, Warren County.

Preliminary investigation revealed a 2006 Lexus ES, operated by Malika Sary, 60, of Kettering, was northbound on Robinson Vail Road.  

A 2020 Hyundai Elantra, operated by Lisha M. Graham, 46, of West Carrollton, was southeast on state Route 123.  A 2015 GMC Sierra, operated by Millard D. Adams, 79, of Carlisle, was traveling northwest on state Route 123.  

Ms. Sary failed to stop at the stop sign and struck Ms. Graham who was then struck by Mr. Adams. Ms. Graham was the only occupant and was pronounced deceased at the scene. She was not wearing her safety belt at the time of crash. Ms. Sary, Mr. Adams, and his passenger, Mrs. Adams, were all transported to Atrium Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol was assisted on scene by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Township Fire/EMS, and Steve’s Towing.

The crash remains under investigation by the Lebanon Post.
