Hillsboro Planning Commission public hearing April 21

The Hillsboro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at 130 North High Street (City Hall) Hillsboro. 

The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment on a conditional use permit CUP 2025-01 for signage on North High St., Parcel No. 25-35-001-038.00. 

Also being heard is an Application for Variance (25-V-01) for a failed sign permit for 136 W. Main St., Parcel number 25-35-001-052.00. 

Written comments should be submitted to Planning Commission c/o Megan Blackburn, Clerk, at 130 N. High St., Hillsboro 45133. Comments should be submitted prior to the public hearing.
