Hillsboro Planning Commission to hold public hearing June 16

The Hillsboro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 16 at 5:30 p.m. at 130 North High Street, Hillsboro, second floor (City Hall). 

The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment on an Application for Variance (25-V-03) for 814 W. Main St., Hillsboro, Parcel No.:25-24-001-007.00 based on a denied Driveway Cut Permit. City Code 96.22A states no person shall construct a driveway cut from property adjacent to a public right-of-way or street onto said right-of-way or street when said right-of-way or street is a state or federal highway or Harry Sauner Road unless said driveway cut is more than 500 feet from the nearest driveway cut. 

Written comments should be submitted to Planning Commission c/o Megan Blackburn, Clerk at 130 N. High Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133 or mblackburn@hillsboroohio.net. Comments should be submitted prior to the public hearing.
