Highland Health Providers is proud to announce the opening of Leesburg Family Medicine – School-Based Health Center, a new location dedicated to increasing access to high-quality, convenient healthcare for students, staff, and families in the Fairfield Local School District and the greater Leesburg community. The center will officially open to the public on Monday, May 4.

Located at Fairfield Local School, the new health center is part of Highland Health Providers’ ongoing commitment to removing barriers to care and improve community wellness. By offering primary care services directly on a school campus, the organization aims to help students stay healthy, reduce time away from the classroom, and support families with accessible, local healthcare options.
