Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

June 18

A deputy responded to a report of a vandalism to a vehicle that occurred in the 6500 block of McCoppin Mill Road. Charges are pending.

A resident of the 11000 block of Aberdeen Way reported a suspicious person. Investigation is incomplete.

A deputy responded to the 3600 block of state Route 124, after a report of a domestic disturbance and the theft of a cell phone. After investigation, parties had already separated, the cell phone was later recovered. Charges are currently pending for a Dayton woman.

June 19

A resident of the 5200 block of Slate Hill Road reported fraud.

A deputy responded to the 7200 block of Woodland Trail after a report of vandalism to a mailbox and off-road vehicles on the road. This incident continues to be investigated.

June 20

A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Sunset Lane, after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, parties separated, no charges issued.
