Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Aug. 20
 
A deputy responded to the 4700 block of Concord Road after a report of a property dispute between neighbors. After investigation, it was determined that the property at issue is a civil matter. Parties involved were advised to contact their attorneys.

Albert D. Cox Sr., 74, of Leesburg, driving under suspension, left of center.

Justin A. Stubbs, 47, of Leesburg, failure to appear, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, drug paraphernalia.

Michaela N. Davis, 26, of Sabina, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, possession of drugs.

Lucia A. Riley, 58, of New Vienna, improper passing.

Alex D. Franklin, 38, of Hillsboro, failure to appear.
