July 7
 
Deputies responded to the 300 block of Bayliss Ave., Lynchburg after a report of an assault. After investigation, Anitra Finley, 45, Joey Smith Jr., 25, and Josie Locurto, 18, all of Lynchburg, were each charged with disorderly conduct.

A resident of the 5900 block of S.R. 28 reported a male was making threats to harm family members and himself. After investigation, Steven M. Young, 62, of New Vienna was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated menacing.

July 8

Deputies responded to the 6300 block of Riber Road after a report of domestic dispute. During the investigation it was determined that a male had fired a gun. Dustin A. Slater, 26 of Hillsboro, was arrested and charged with aggravated menacing.
 
Arrests/Citations

Derrick J. Osborne, 33, of Hillsboro, burglary, criminal damaging, probation violation and contempt of court.

Cory W. Hatfield, 39, of Wilmington, probation violation.

Robert S. King, 48, of Midland, failure to display license plate, failure to file for annual registration.
