May 2
A resident of the 9300 block of U.S. Route 62 reported someone had trespassed on their property.
A resident of the 2500 block of Sherry Road reported fraud.
May 3
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of state Route 124 after a report of vandalism.
A resident of the 10000 block of Gist Settlement Road reported threats. This incident remains under investigation.
A resident of the 6800 block of Chimney Rock Road reported telecommunications harassment.
Deputies responded to the 3400 block of state Route 73 after a report of someone being assaulted. After investigation, Matthew C. Callahan, 56, of Hillsboro, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and making a false report.
