April 18
A Resident of the 11000 block of Milner Road reported fraud.
A deputy while on patrol in Paint Twp. observed a vehicle traveling on the left side of the roadway. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver attempted to provide a fictitious identification. The driver was subsequently identified as Justin M. Neff, 22, of Cincinnati. Neff was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and obstructing official business.
April 19
A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Martinsburg Road after a report of items taken from a storage shed. This incident remains under investigation.
A resident of the 2900 block of state Route 136 reported an unruly juvenile. After a deputy spoke to all parties involved, it was determined to have been a verbal altercation, no charges were issued.
A resident of the 600 block of Frye Road reported the theft of a mini skid steer. This incident remains under investigation.
