The Highland County Board of Commissioners celebrated the official grand opening of the new Highland County Dog Pound facility and location with a ribbon cutting from the Highland County Chamber of Commerce on Friday, April 7.

Owned by the Highland County Board of Commissioners, the Highland County Dog Pound is located at 9480 North Shore Drive in Hillsboro.
