GREENFIELD – The 2025 Greenfield Music Festival will take place in downtown Greenfield June 6-8. This free, family-friendly event features performances from local and regional artists on the main festival stage, plus vendors, food and drink, and a variety of games and activities for all ages.

Headlining performers for this year's festival are Simba Jordan on Friday, June 6; Kentucky Music Mafia on Saturday, June 7; and the Big Rockin' Blues Band on Sunday, June 8. Other festival attractions and events include an antique tractor show, car and bike show, parade, cutest baby contest, a 5/10K fun run, a kiddie tractor pull, and a beer garden on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Opening ceremonies begin at 5 p.m. Friday, June 6, with a performance by local talent Adelynn Marple. The festival pageant starts at 6 p.m., during which a new queen will be crowned to succeed 2024 Greenfield Music Festival Queen Alexis Knisley. The evening ends with music from Nick Beekman at 8 p.m. and Friday headliner Simba Jordan at 9 p.m.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Simba Jordan has performed all over the country at numerous venues and mega-events including the Buckeye Country Superfest and the Country 500. Musical influences include Randy Travis, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw, Prince, and Michael Jackson. The Simba Jordan Band vows to bring a high energy performance to every show.

Saturday's festival activities begin with a 5K and 10K walk/run at 7:30 a.m., cutest baby contest on the main stage at 9:30 a.m., kiddie tractor pull at 10:30 a.m., and Greenfield Rotary auction at 1 p.m. A full slate of entertainment on the main stage is planned throughout Saturday, featuring The Courtney Jo Band at 11 a.m.; Ohio's Honkytonk Angel Jessie Lyn at 2 p.m.; Kyle Norris and Ethan Butcher at 3:30 p.m.; Tesa Marie at 6:30 p.m.; and Saturday headliner Kentucky Music Mafia at 9 p.m.

Kentucky Music Mafia showcases a distinct style they call "Outlaw Mountain Music," which is a blend of country, bluegrass, rock, R&B, and hip-hop. They won the 2022 Group of the Year and 2023 Album of the Year at the Josie Awards, held at the Grand Ole Opry. Their chart-topping 2022 hit, "Hank and the Drinkin'" quickly became a fan favorite and brought them well-deserved recognition. The members of Kentucky Music Mafia--Shannon J, Toby Ray, and Roy Caudill--are dedicated to their craft, putting their heart and soul into every track they record.

Sunday's activities include a community church service at 10 a.m., a performance by Modern Movement Dance Company at 10:30 a.m.; and the festival parade at 3 p.m. A car and bike show on South Washington Street coincides with the festival on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday's main stage entertainment features Steve Ison at Noon; Aron Jones & the Kool Kats at 1 p.m.; and Sunday headliners, the Big Rockin' Blues Band at 4 p.m.

The Big Rockin' Blues Band is an eight-person, energetic, 'true blues' band. The lead singer is Mike Weinstock, a veteran of the blues who also plays guitar and harmonica. Mike has traveled extensively and played in diverse settings, from street corners in New Zealand to Chicago's south-side classic blues club the Checkerboard Lounge. Joining Mike in the band are Ben Johnson on bass and vocals, Jenny Morgan on guitar and vocals, Tomasz Jarzecki on drums, Dennis Hirsch on percussion, Pete Cary on lead guitar, Ben Kessler on keyboards, and Steve Shapiro on harp, vocals, and guitar.

Sponsors for this year’s festival include Small Town Fitness, LVS Dumpster Rental, The Letter Shop, Adena Health System, Southern Hills Community Bank, Rotary Club of Greenfield, and the Greenfield Eagles.

Greenfield has hosted a downtown festival since 1967, when it began as the Greene Countrie Towne Festival. This is the third year the festival has borne the name "Greenfield Music Festival," celebrating the town's musical heritage.
