Governor DeWine signs Senate Bill 1 into law

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today signed the following bill into law: 

Senate Bill 1, sponsored by State Senator Jerry Cirino (R-Kirtland), enacts the Advance Ohio Higher Education Act regarding the operation of state institutions of higher education.
