Friends of 4-H: Kaley Fannin

Note: Each year, the Highland County 4-H Advisory Committee selects contributors to the Highland County 4-H program to recognize their support and passion for the 4-H program. These businesses and individuals spend countless hours and resources to benefit the youth of Highland County, truly making the best better. For 2025, we recognize the following: Highland County Pork Council, Highland District Hospital, Jeff & Amanda Knauff, and Kaley Fannin. This story focuses on Kaley Fannin.

We are honored to shine a spotlight on someone who has truly elevated our 4‑H program. 

Since stepping into their role, this person has brought unmatched energy, organization, and heart. Year after year, this person has gone above and beyond securing major support for Junior Fair improvements.


This person's meticulous coordination keeps things running smoothly: overseeing entries, guiding committees, and working closely with 4‑H educators, FFA Advisors, FCCLA Advisors and Scout Leaders to ensure every child’s project shines.

This individual champions our young people. She builds bridges between 4‑H members, FFA, and other youth organizations, ensuring unity and shared purpose, all while mentoring students in leadership, responsibility, and community service.

Thanks to her passion and tireless effort, Highland County’s Junior Fair has grown stronger every year. Our kids have more access to improved facilities, bigger opportunities to learn, and a fair experience they’ll remember.

On behalf of all 4‑H families we want to thank Kaley Fannin for her leadership, vision and unwavering support. You have made a profound impact on our program and our community.
