Owned and operated by Jenny M. Hilterbran, Classic Real Estate Co. is located at 123 West Main Street in Hillsboro.
Classic Real Estate Co. offers residential, commercial and land real estate services, including traditional sales and auctions.
Classic Real Estate Co. was founded in 1990 by Joyce Fender, Hilterbran’s mother. Hilterbran joined her mother in the real estate business in 1993, and the business was co-owned by Fender and Hilterbran until Fender’s passing in 2005.
“I would like to thank my family for their support over the last 30 years,” Hilterbran said. “This business is sometimes trying on a family when your phone is always ringing from morning to night and on weekends. I would like to thank the local business community for their support and guidance when needed, especially in the early years. I want to thank my loyal agents and staff who have made Classic successful over the years and God for gifting me with so many blessings.
“Last but not least I am thankful for all the people out there who have trusted Classic to help them sell or buy their greatest investment. The relationships formed along the way have been some of my greatest assets.”
