Blossoms ‘N Buds celebrates with ribbon cutting
The Highland County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Blossoms ‘N Buds on July 12 to celebrate their new ownership. Blossoms ‘N Buds is owned and operated by Mischelle Wyatt and is located in Hillsboro at 116 N High St. Blossoms ‘N Buds is a full-service florist that offers a wide variety of gifts.

Blossoms ‘N Buds, located in Hillsboro, celebrated their new ownership with a ribbon cutting from the Highland County Chamber of Commerce, along with family, friends, and members of the community on July 12. Blossoms ‘N Buds is owned and operated by Mischelle Wyatt and is located at 116 N High St., Hillsboro.
Mischelle comes from a family of florists. Her mother and father owned and operated a florist shop in North Carolina for over 50 years. “I grew up in the business and love helping people create their ideas,” says Wyatt. Blossoms ‘N Buds is a full-service florist that offers a wide variety of gifts.
Mischelle would like to give special thanks to the Hottle family, who have treated her like family since she came on board over 30 years ago. She would like to thank her children for their help and support. She would also like to thank her customers for all their support and encouragement since she took over.
