During the November meeting of the Lynchburg-Clay Local Schools Board of Education, the district acknowledged several students and a longtime educator in the district and thanked NCB Bank for a $15,000 donation to provide food on weekends for students.

The board recognized former Lynchburg-Clay educator Clo Davis, who spent 30 years in the district as an aide, teacher and principal.

The board recognized Lily Layne for cross-country accomplishments.

The board recognized Special Olympic athletes and volunteers.

The board recognized the boys golf team who were SHAC champions, regional runners-up and ninth in Ohio.
