Putting an end to "Republicrat" power

To the editor:
This is directed to columnist Gary Lewis. Mr. Lewis, The Political Elite (Republicans and Democrats - aka Republicrats) are the enemy. They get elected, at least in part, by mining big lobbying groups for money and publicity and thus votes.
Those lobbying groups ostensibly represent all of us little people but we all know that is sometimes more true and sometimes less so. Be that as it may... and using the Farm Bureau as an example since The Elite can fund high-speed choo-choos and Copenhagen fairytales but not 4H and local firefighters ....
What if, let's say... one-third of all of Ohio's farmers contacted the Farm Bureau and told them to announce that they are refusing to endorse any Republicrat candidate and will not contribute a single penny to the campaign of any Republicrat candidate. ????
First - the Farm Bureau would have to recognize the potential fallout from ignoring one-third of its' constituents.
But even if they did shun those requests - the publicity of having those requests made would make a huge political statement against the reigning Political Elite.
Second - if the Farm Bureau did actually accept and carry out the censure of Republicrats - the impact would be Huge to the Nth.
Now envision if the teachers' and law officers and health workers and any number of other such groups made and publicized similar requests to their lobbying organizations.
Do you think that would be a "tea party" that the Political Elite would have to listen to ??
