Family of Gerald A. Newman thankful for acts of kindness

     To the editor:
     The family of Gerald A. Newman wishes to thank Drs. Gunderman and Melink and the Laurels staff for their tender loving care; Thompson Funeral Home for efficient service; pastor Ken Woleab for comforting words; and Beverly Grover and Cindy Eigel for their beautiful music. We thank the Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star for hosting the reception following the services.
     To church, friends, and family, for all your acts of kindness you have provided the past few months and to date, our deepest appreciation and God's richest blessings to you all.
