Overberg signs with University of South Carolina

Megan Overberg, a 2013 AQHA Youth World Champion in horsemanship, has signed a National Letter of Intent to ride for NCAA Div. I University of South Carolina.

South Carolina is a two-time NCAA Equestrian National Champion. They are also the 2012 and 2013 SEC (Southeastern Conference) Champions are currently ranked number two in the nation.

Overberg, a senior at Hillsboro High School, will be attending USC in the fall, where she will study pre-med.

Overberg is the daughter of Don and Julie Overberg and the sister of Mallory Overberg, who is also an HHS student. She is also the granddaughter of Pat Guenthner and Bill and Janet Butler.[[In-content Ad]]
