Second suspect surrenders to police

On October 13, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. Rodney J. Holsinger III surrendered to law enforcement.  He is charged with grand theft and is being held in the Highland County Justice Center.  Both suspects are now in custody and will be arraigned today in Highland County Court, Greenfield.
