Raymond James ranked as the fourth most admired securities company in the world by Fortune magazine

Fortune magazine’s 2011 World’s Most Admired Companies list included Raymond James, which ranked fourth in the securities industry. Each year, Fortune surveys businesspeople and asks them to vote on which companies they admire the most from any industry. It is little surprise that Apple ranked at the very top of the list.

“I am excited to see Raymond James ranked near the top of the list of most admired companies in the securities industry, along with other well respected companies such as Charles Schwab and T. Rowe Price” says Rick O’Dell, Investment Management Consultant with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC located at 858 W Main St. in Hillsboro.

“Our industry has taken some lumps over the past few years, many of which are self-inflicted. I am proud to be affiliated with a company that has managed to maintain the respect and admiration of people in one of the most difficult periods that our industry has faced.”
