On April 12, Thomas Carlier of Fayetteville, driving a 2002 Mercury, was traveling northbound on North High Street and failed to stop for a 1995 Jeep that was stopped in traffic to make a left turn and was driven by Tonya Piatt of Blue Creek. Carlier was taken to Highland District Hospital by the Hillsboro Life Squad and was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
On April 13, Ronnie Adams of Hillsboro, driving a 2006 Toyota, was traveling northbound on North High Street and failed to stop for a 2006 Chevrolet that was stopped in traffic and was driven by Janet Jovanovic of Greenfield. This caused the Jovanovic vehicle to strike a 2011 Chevrolet that was stopped and was driven by Gina Gray of Hillsboro. The three vehicles received visible light damage.
On April 14, Dylan Campbell of Mowrystown was driving a 1998 Toyota southbound on South High Street and failed to stop for a 2001 Saturn that was slowed to turn and was driven by Daniel Cummings of Hillsboro. Campbell was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Walmart reported that they had two subjects detained who had taken various items from the store and left without paying for them. Two juveniles from the Hillsboro area were arrested for theft.
On April 15, Allison Hoosier of Hillsboro reported that on Friday night, someone had cut the wires and taken her satellite dish from the side of her residence.

Ronald Moore, 38, of Hillsboro, license plate required and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Julie Chaney of Leesburg, driving under suspension and improper backing.
Tiffany Adams, 36, of Greenfield, bench warrant.
