On March 16, Arthur Huffman of Hillsboro reported someone had entered his vehicle overnight and had taken items from it.
Derrick Haithcock of Hillsboro reported someone had scratched the passenger and driver's side of his parked vehicle.
Dorothy Pfister of Hillsboro, driving a 1998 Ford, was attempting to back from a parking space at the Senior Citizens Center on Muntz Street and struck a 2010 Dodge that was stopped and being driven by Glen Shiftlett of Hillsboro. Light damage was received by both vehicles.
Austin Winters of Hillsboro, driving a 1993 Chevrolet, was traveling northbound on North High Street and struck a 2005 Chrysler that was traveling northbound and was driven by Anthony Jordan of Hillsboro. Winters was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Steve Jacobs of Hillsboro advised that electrical wiring and copper pipe was taken from a residence on South High Street.
On March 17, Nisha Japa of Hillsboro reported a refrigerator was taken from a room at the Paragon Inn.
Melinda Black of Hillsboro reported her residence had been broken into and items were taken from the house.
On March 18, Ashley Lewis of Hillsboro reported her purse and drawstring bag with personal items in it were taken from her vehicle while it was parked at Heartland.
Sherryl Howell of Lynchburg reported that her purse was taken from her vehicle while parked at Heartland.
