On March 28, Joshua McLaughlin of Hillsboro advised his 1990 Toyota was parked in front of his residence and another vehicle backed and hit the vehicle and left the scene.

On April 2, Donald Jones of Hillsboro, driving a 2000 Chevrolet, was pulling from a parking space on the Kroger parking lot and struck a 2008 Chevrolet that was driven by Melanie Anderson of Hillsboro.

On April 3, Ron Potts of Hillsboro reported his mailbox had been damaged overnight.

Eric French of Lynchburg, for failure to file city tax.
Larry Parsley of HIllsboro, for bench warrant.
Cynthia Bray of Hillsboro, for driving under suspension.

Shanna Jackson of Hillsboro, for assault.
Bridget George of Hillsboro, for DUI and driving under suspension.
