On March 24, Betty Faul of Hamersville, driving a 1998 Ford was north on South High Street and struck a 2008 Kia that was stopped in traffic and was driven by Robert Morris of Hillsboro. Faul was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Brian Newman of Miamisburg, for DUI, DWI, and two counts of felonious assault.
Timothy Harperee of Hillsboro, for failure to file for registration.
Deborah Dalton of Hillsboro, for no right turn on red.
Cindy Forsythe of Hillsboro, for speed.
