The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for April 25.

On April 25 at 11:18 a.m., officers were dispatched to investigate a complaint in the 100 block of East North Street. As a result, Thomas Vance, 41, of Hillsboro was arrested for domestic violence and failure to appear on a bench warrant.  He is being held at the Highland County Jail with no bond.

On April 25 at approximately 5:40 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department received a call of an altercation taking place between two individuals at in the 100 block of Muntz Street. After investigation, it was found that a verbal and physical altercation allegedly took place between Leda McClure, 19, of Hillsboro and Tevaughn Horsley, 32, of Hillsboro. Officer concluded that McClure was allegedly the primary aggressor between the two and received a written citation for ORD - 132.01(A1)disorderly conduct.

At 6:11 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department received a call from an individual reporting an alleged altercation between a male and female at the intersection of South Elm Street and West South. Officers responded to the location and identified the two individuals as Leda McClure, 19, of Hillsboro and Tevaughn Horsley, 32, of Hillsboro. Due to this second altercation in public within such a short timeframe, both individuals were placed under arrest for ORC - 2917.11(3a) persistent disorderly and transported to the Highland County Justice Center.

At 7:05 p.m., after receiving information that led to investigation, Brandon Pointer, 40, of Hillsboro was arrested for domestic violence. Pointer is being held at the Highland County Jail with no bond.

Nathan Montgomery, 24, of Sardinia was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Steven Noschang, 54, of Williamsburg was cited for improper start.
