The following is the Hillsboro Police Report for March 7-9, 2011.
On March 7, the Hillsboro Police Department was called to investigate a theft of shoes from Shoe Show. An employee advised a female came into the store and left with six pairs of shoes without paying for them. After investigation, it was found that Jessica Simmons had taken the shoes. She had called and turned herself in and later returned the shoes to the Greenfield Police Department. Simmons was arrested for theft.
On March 8, the department received a call of a theft from Walmart. After officers arrived, the shoplifter was identified as Timothy Franks from Leesburg. Franks had concealed several items in his jacket and attempted to leave without paying for them. He was arrested for theft. Estimated value of merchandise was $126.

Timothy Clark, 50, of Hillsboro, for ACDA and driving under suspension.
James Loudner, 27, of Hillsboro, for two counts of assault and contributing to a minor.
Casey Gray, 29, of Waverly, for theft.
James Drummond, Jr., 30, of Hillsboro, for four bench warrants.
Misty Drummond, 30, of Hillsboro, for warrant.
Bryant Resor, 19, of Mowrystown, for warrant.
Charles Powell, 25, of New Vienna, for theft and obstructing official business.
