Hillsboro Lions Club, TimeWarner decorate uptown for the holidays

The Hillsboro Lions Club, with the assistance of two TimeWarner Cable trucks and technicians, were busy Sunday morning, Nov. 13, as they continued the Lions Club's long-standing tradition of placing wreaths along the light poles in uptown Hillsboro.

TimeWarner associates are shown placing this Christmas wreath near Pasquale's Restaurant in the 100 block of South High Street, with the historic Bells Opera House in the background.

Representing the Hillsboro Lions Club and assisting with the placing of the wreaths were Larry Cole, John Dodds, David Lowell, Greg Goolsby and David Grover.

The Lions Club candy store opens at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14 on South High Street near Downtown Drug in Hillsboro. The store will be open daily 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.[[In-content Ad]]
