Hillsboro City Council calls special meeting

The Hillsboro City Council has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 5 p.m. at 130 Homestead Avenue, Justice Center, Municipal Court room. The purpose of the meeting will be: 1. A resolution tentatively awarding contract(s) for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade pending approval of Water Pollution Control Loan Fund/American Recovery Reinvestment Act assistance on October 29, 2009. 2. A Resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into contract for Resident Project Representative for the Wastewater Treatment Plant project. 3. A Resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into contract for "Special Inspections" as required under Section 1704 of the Ohio Building Code. [[In-content Ad]]
