Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO. 

Sept. 22

A deputy responded to 7100 block of Woodland Trail after a report of a vehicle vandalized. After investigation, Dominic J. Smart, 18, of Hillsboro was charged with criminal damaging.

Sept. 23
  
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of state Route 124 after a report of the possible theft of timber. After investigation, Jonathan M. Knauff, 50, of Bainbridge was charged with breaking and entering, criminal damaging, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Todd R. Routte Jr., 33, of Bainbridge was charged with breaking and entering and criminal damaging.

Patricia A. Garcia, 45, of Lynchburg, failure to appear.

Chad A. Hibbs, 46, of Hillsboro, invalid license.
