High water leads to several road closures

Sections of state highways, county roads and township roads were closed in and around Highland County Thursday, June 18 after overnight and early morning rainfall totals of up to 5 inches in some locations.
Parts of state Route 124 east of Hillsboro were closed today, as were parts of state Route 134 north of Buford.
Beltz Road, just west of Buford, was under water Thursday afternoon along the North Fork of White Oak Creek just off Greenbush Road.
More rain is in the forecast for Thursday afternoon and evening.
