At 1:15 A.M., an officer conducted a security check at Felson's Park.
At 2:06 A.M., an officer conducted a security check Mitchell's Park.
At 4:16 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office requested an officer to primary respond to a residence in the 12000 block of S. R. 28 West for a possible domestic complaint. Both parties were separated and advised accordingly.
At 10:24 A.M., a caller requested a welfare check on a resident in the 900 block of Mirabeau Street. The resident checked ok.
At 12:33 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Buck's Tire. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 2:26 P.M., ADT advised of a residential burglar alarm activation in the 500 block of South Street. Everything checked ok.
At 2:58 P.M., an individual reported a hypodermic needle lying in the alley next to the Tiny Town Daycare. An officer collected the needle.
At 7:14 P.M., a caller at Flagway 16 reported a gray Camero was driving reckless in the parking lot and had almost struck her vehicle.

At 11:30 A.M., a resident in the 200 block of Pine Street reported a juvenile complaint.
At 1:42 P.M., Chillicothe Fire and Security advised of a commercial burglary alarm activation at Mitchell's Park. Everything checked ok.
At 1:48 P.M., the SRO reported a juvenile complaint. After investigation, Tara Fuller, 43, of Greenfield, was arrested for child endangerment.
At 4:38 P.M., an individual reported a disturbance in the 300 block of Mirabeau Street.
At 5:45 P.M., a caller reported a theft of a mobile billboard taken from the area of S. R. 28 and McWilliams Road. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 7:30 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near North Street.
At 8:13 P.M., a caller reported an open door at a residence in the 600 block of Lyndon Avenue. The residence was cleared.
At 8:33 P.M., while on patrol an officer observed an active fight at Flagway 12. After investigation, Walker Riffle, 27, of Bainbridge, was cited for driving under suspension, fictitious license plate, and disorderly conduct by fighting. Michelle Hardesty, 37, of Chillicothe, was cited for disorderly conduct by fighting. Lowell Riffle, 51, of Greenfield, was cited for disorderly conduct by fighting. Brett Hester, 24, of South Salem, was cited for disorderly conduct by fighting. Kenneth Pack, 66, of Xenia, was cited for disorderly conduct by fighting.
At 11:17 P.M., an emergency squad was requested for a female at the police department reporting being assaulted in Ross County. Paint Creek Fire/EMS transported the female to the Adena Greenfield ER. The Ross County Sheriff's Office was advised.

At 5:57 A.M., an officer conducted a security check at Mitchell's Park.
At 6:10 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at McDonalds. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 6:26 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington near Dominos. The driver was warned for illumination of rear license plate and display of license plate.
At 6:52 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on S. R. 41 near the railroad tracks. The driver, Aidan Swayne, 21, of Jamestown, was cited for failure to obey traffic control device.
At 10:49 A.M., a caller at Flagway 16 requested assistance unlocking their vehicle. Entry was gained.
At 12:24 P.M., a resident in the 500 block of Boyd Avenue reported a suspicious male. An officer made contact with the male, who was warned.
At 1:21 P.M., a caller reported a maroon Ford F-150 driving recklessly on S. R. 41, heading towards the village. The vehicle was later located parked and unoccupied in the 1100 block of Sycamore Circle.
At 4:40 P.M., an individual in the 300 block of Jefferson Street reported property damage hit-skip involving their vehicle. This incident remains under investigation.
At 5:05 P.M., a caller in the area of S. R. 28 and Centerfield Road reported a male standing in the middle of the roadway, appearing to be intoxicated. The Highland County Sheriff's Office requested an officer to primary respond. The male was released to the Highland County Sheriff's Office.
At 5:07 P.M., while on patrol on 7th Street near Jefferson Street an officer removed items from the roadway.
At 6:07 P.M., a caller reported hearing screams coming from an RV at Greene's Automotive. Officers checked the RV and did not locate anyone.
At 7:02 P.M., a resident in the 600 block of Pine Street reported a juvenile complaint. The juvenile was transported by Paint Creek Fire/EMS to the Adena Greenfield ER.
At 9:55 P.M., a resident in the 600 block of McClain Avenue reported property damage hit-skip involving their vehicle. After investigation, Jesse Province, 41, of Greenfield, was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
At 11:07 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near Edgewood Avenue. The driver was warned for expired registration and expired driver's license.
At 11:29 P.M., officers conducted a security check at Felson's Park.
At 11:45 P.M., officers conducted a security check at Mitchell's Park. Two males were warned for trespassing.

At 4:00 A.M., a caller reported a noise complaint in the area of South 6th Street and Baltimore Avenue.
At 4:42 A.M., Chillicothe Fire and Security advised of a commercial burglary alarm activation. The alarm was canceled.
At 7:03 A.M., a resident in the 400 block of Evans Street reported a juvenile complaint.
At 10:20 A.M., a resident in the 600 block of Mirabeau Street requested assistance unlocking their vehicle. Entry was gained.
At 11:43 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-transfer from a resident in the 13000 block of Gray Street reporting a missing person. After investigation, it was determined there was no missing person.
At 8:42 P.M., the Family Dollar reported a theft of merchandise. After investigation, two female juveniles were permanently trespassed from the property. Prosecution was declined.
At 9:16 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Save A Lot. The driver was warned for failure to display.
At 9:29 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for failure to display.
At 10:11 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The driver, Sandra Collett, 63, of Bainbridge, was cited for no headlights.
At 11:33 P.M, an officer conducted a traffic stop on South 5th Street near Lyndon Avenue. The driver was advised accordingly.

At 9:31 A.M., Save A Lot reported two suspicious males on the property. Officers made contact with the individuals.
At 12:35 P.M., a caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the area of North 8th Street and Lafayette. Caller later advised the vehicle had left.
At 1:14 P.M., a caller in the 200 block of North Street reported a civil complaint.
At 1:20 P.M., a caller on S.R. 28 reported a silver car, driving recklessly and heading towards the village, from Ross County. The vehicle was later found parked and unoccupied.
At 1:22 P.M., a caller in the 400 block of Dickey Avenue reported a civil complaint.
At 1:29 P.M., the SRO advised he had located a 14-year-old female in possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 3:09 P.M., a caller advised of a suspicious male in the 200 block of South 5th Street. An officer made contact with the male.
At 5:12 P.M., Olympic Security advised of a commercial burglary alarm activation at Knisley's Body Shop. Everything checked ok.
At 5:28 P.M., a caller reported a downed tree lying on electric lines. AES was advised.
At 5:54 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 7:20 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised Paint Creek Fire/EMS requested assistance at a residence in the 800 block of Spring Street.
At 8:05 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of the alley, South of Spring Street. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 9:37 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of the alley, South of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for moving violations.
At 11:36 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Jefferson Street. The driver, Marshall Heiss, 43, of Greenfield, was arrested for drug paraphernalia and cited for stop bar violation, turn signal and driving under suspension.

At 7:25 A.M., the SRO advised of a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles in the 100 block of North 4th Street. Paint Creek Fire/EMS was summoned to the scene along with the Greenfield Street Department.
At 8:29 A.M., Children Protective Services requested assistance at a residence in the 1000 block of McClain Avenue.
At 9:19 A.M., a resident in the 400 block of Dickey Avenue reported an assault. Investigation pending.
At 5:11 P.M., a caller reported a known male appearing to be under the influence, last seen driving near the 600 block of Jefferson Street. An officer patrolled the area.
At 6:12 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of McClain Avenue. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 6:41 P.M., a caller in the 1100 block of Sycamore Circle reported two suspicious males going door to door. An officer made contact with the males and were advised accordingly.
At 7:00 P.M., an individual reported an assault. Investigation pending.
At 8:24 P.M., Southern Ohio Security advised of a trouble alarm at Edgewood Manor. Employees advised their system was malfunctioning.
At 9:41 P.M., a caller in the 400 block of Dickey Avenue reported threats/harassment.
At 10:34 P.M., a caller in the 600 block of Baltimore Avenue reported a disturbance. All parties were advised accordingly and agreed to separate.

At 1:44 A.M., a caller in Columbus requested a welfare check on three female juveniles believed to be en route to a residence in the 3000 block of Musselman Road in Frankfort. The Ross County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 1:57 A.M., a caller at Flagway 12 advised of fight involving three males at Flagway 12. After investigation, parties declined prosecution.
At 4:34 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near Lafayette Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 9:41 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the S. R. 28 bridge. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 2:15 P.M., a caller in the 200 block of Jefferson Street reported the roof of an establishment appearing to come unattached. After investigation, it was determined to be the building's weatherproofing blowing.
At 2:30 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office requested an officer to primary respond to a residence in the 700 block of Carford Pike to a report of a male threatening damage to property. The male was trespassed from the property.
At 5:02 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North 5th Street near Evans Street. The driver was warned.
At 5:05 P.M., a caller in the 300 block of Mirabeau Street reported a domestic complaint. After investigation, the Highland County Children Protective Services was requested to respond. All parties were advised accordingly.
At 8:25 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a bicyclist in the 700 block of South Street. The bicyclist was warned for bike lights.

At 1:09 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a bicyclist on Baltimore Avenue near the 7th Street bridge. The bicyclist was warned for no rear reflector or light.
At 1:27 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South 7th Street near Mirabeau Street. The driver, Jospeh Bary, 61, of Greenfield, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and illumination of the rear license plate.

At 6:22 A.M., the Ohio State Highway Patrol advised of a red Honda heading towards the village driving recklessly on Carford Pike. An officer patrolled the area.
At 10:32 A.M., Greenfield Skilled Nursing advised of a resident reported theft of a watch. The watch was later located.
At 11:38 A.M., extra patrol was requested for Felson's Park.
At 6:28 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jefferson Street.
At 6:55 P.M., Catch 22 requested assistance removing a known male from the premises. The male was trespassed.

At 5:07 P.M., an officer conducted a warrant service at a residence in the 400 block of Waddell Avenue. Dean Murray, 46, of Greenfield, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
At 5:25 P.M., a caller in the 300 block of Mirabeau Street reported a domestic complaint. After investigation, Patty Byers, 35, of Greenfield, was arrested for domestic violence.
At 6:31 P.M., State Farm Security advised of a residential distress alarm activation at a residence in the 800 block of Spring Street. The homeowner advised it was accidental.
At 8:58 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of suspicious male in the 1100 block of Greenhills Drive. The male left prior to an officer's arrival.
At 9:22 P.M., an officer was flagged down at Flagway 12 reporting a property damage hit-skip in the alley behind the First Baptist Church. An officer located the driver and vehicle at the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

At 7:40 P.M., a caller in the 500 block of Waddell Street reported a blue Honda traveling at high rate of speed. An officer patrolled the area.
At 8:15 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Shell Gas. The driver, Brent Bays, 59, of Circleville, was cited for driving under suspension.
At 10:08 P.M., a caller reported a disturbance coming from the area of the 300 block of Mirabeau. An officer made contact with three juveniles who advised they were playing and being loud.
At 10:21 P.M., an officer conducted a security check at Felson's Park.
At 11:21 P.M., an officer conducted a security check at an establishment in the 200 block of South Washington Street. The building was cleared.

Tristan Rowan, 23, of Bloomingburg, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
Brandi Nichols, 31, of Morrow, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for failure to appear.
Brent Bays, 59, of Circleville, was cited for driving under suspension.
