Offenses/Incidents
At 1:03 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The driver, Shawn Rowland, 42, Leesburg was cited driving under suspension.
At 1:10 A.M., a resident in the 600 block of Lyndon Avenue requested extra patrol for the area.
At 2:16 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 5th Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 4:55 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near Washington Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 11:21 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near Community Markets. The driver was warned for speed.
At 12:05 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Edgewood Avenue. The driver was warned for a stop sign.
At 3:03 P.M., a caller at Dollar General requested assistance unlocking their vehicle. Entry was gained.
At 4:39 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of Mill Street. A K9 unit with the Highland County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene and conducted an open-air sniff of the vehicle. The K9 positively alerted to the presence of narcotics. A search of the vehicle lead to the discovery of items of drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics. After investigation, the driver, Glenn Arledge, 42, Wilmington, was cited for stop sign and driving under suspension and arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fentanyl related compound. The passenger, Brittany Brunk, Wilmington was arrested for tampering with evidence, possession of fentanyl related compound, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction, and a failure to comply with court order warrant out of Wilmington Ohio.
At 5:59 P.M., a resident in the 1100 block of Sycamore Circle reported a reckless driver on a minibike.
At 8:47 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South 7th Street near Smitty's Auto Sales. The driver was warned for expired registration.
At 9:50 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a possible house fire at a residence in the 900 block of South Street. Officers along with Paint Creek Fire/EMS responded to the scene.
At 11:39 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Lafayette Street near North 7th Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.

Shawn Rowland, 42, of Leesburg was cited driving under suspension.
Glenn Arledge, 42, of Wilmington was cited for stop sign and driving under suspension and arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fentanyl related compound.

At 2:58 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street in front of McDonalds. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 4:40 A.M., Chillicothe Fire and Security advised of a commercial burglar alarm activation at the Greenfield Elementary School. The building was cleared.
At 4:54 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for speed.
At 5:16 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 4th Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 8:34 A.M., Medical Alert requested an emergency squad to be sent to a residence in the 800 block of McClain Avenue. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 9:24 A.M., a caller at the Family Dollar reported a suspicious male in the area appearing to be intoxicated. An officer made contact with the male.
At 2:56 P.M., a caller at the Dollar General reported almost being struck by a silver Toyota sedan.
At 3:51 P.M., McDonalds reported a male refusing to leave the premises. Upon arrival of officers the male left the premises.
At 4:04 P.M., a resident in the 700 block of Lafayette Street reported a juvenile complaint.
At 7:42 P.M., a caller reported a known female in the 200 block of North 11th Street making threats of self-harm. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised. Officers along with Paint Creek Fire/EMS responded to the scene. The female was transported to the Greenfield Adena ER.
At 11:00 P.M., a resident in the 400 block of North Street reported their vehicle being tampered with.

Paul Munyon, 46, of Hillsboro was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of the Highland County Court.

At 1:00 P.M., a resident in the 500 block of Dickey Avenue requested assistance unlocking their vehicle. Entry was gained.

At 5:42 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 8th Street. The driver was warned for a headlight.
At 5:56 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near McClain Avenue. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 1:54 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup at Corvac. Everything checked ok.
At 3:45 P.M., a caller requested a welfare check on a male in the 700 block of Lafayette Street. The male checked ok.
At 4:05 P.M., Greenfield Products reported a former employee who was recently fired causing a disturbance at the establishment. The male was removed from the establishment.
At 4:25 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 7:46 P.M., a caller at Greenfield Products reported a male hiding in the bushes at Greenfield Products, believed to be a recently fired employee. The male then fled on foot towards town on North 5th Street. An officer patrolled the area.

At 12:00 A.M., officers attempted a warrant service at a residence in the 600 block of South 7th Street. After investigation, it was determined the tenants had relocated and an unauthorized individual had gained entry. Officers discovered an open front door. Permission was obtained from the property owner to make entry. The residence was cleared.
At 2:44 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Community Markets. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 3:22 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on S. R. 41 near Corvac. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 9:30 A.M., a caller at the City Building reported a property damage to their vehicle.
At 1:40 P.M., a caller at Community Markets requested assistance unlocking their vehicle. Entry was gained.
At 3:53 P.M., a resident in the 400 block of McClain Avenue reported a neighbor complaint.
At 4:54 P.M., a caller reported threats/harassment from a known female. This incident remains under investigation.
At 5:14 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of North 2nd Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 5:23 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near the fire department. The driver was warned for no turn signal.
At 6:21 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of McClain Avenue. The bicyclist was warned for a stop sign.
At 7:27 P.M., a caller in the 900 block of Mirabeau Street requested assistance unlocking their residence. The homeowner was able to gain entry.

At 11:34 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of North 8th Street. The driver was warned for expired registration.

At 2:07 A.M., an officer conducted a security check at Mitchell's Park.
At 4:42 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Washington Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 4:45 A.M., a resident in the 100 block of South 4th Street reported their 2003, 2-door Ford Mustang, yellow in color with dual black racing stripes on the hood stolen from a residence in the 600 block of South 7th Street. This incident remains under investigation.
At 9:41 A.M., a caller at Community Markets reported a gold Toyota swerving, almost striking other cars. An officer patrolled the area.
At 10:31 A.M., a resident in the 700 block of Jefferson Street reported a burglary and theft of nine rings from their residence. This incident remains under investigation.
At 3:30 P.M., an individual reported a domestic complaint occurring on S. R. 138 outside of the village. The individual was referred to the Highland County Sheriff's Office.
At 3:59 P.M., a resident in the 600 block of Mirabeau Street reported trespassing. Officers patrolled the area and the residence was secured.
At 8:07 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for illumination of the rear license plate.
At 8:11 P.M., an individual reported a sex offense involving two juveniles. It was determined the offense had occurred outside of the village. The individual was referred to the Highland County Sheriff's Office.
At 9:40 P.M., a caller reported a fire in the 300 block of Mill Street. It was discovered to be the property owner burning brush.
At 10:47 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North 7th Street near Lafayette Street. The driver was warned for no turn signal.
At 10:57 P.M., an individual flagged down an officer reporting an intoxicated male in the area of Jefferson Street and 5th Street. An officer patrolled the area.
At 11:46 P.M., a caller reported an intoxicated male stumbling in the middle of Jefferson Street near 8th Street. The male was transported to a sober party.

At 12:00 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the S. R. 28 bridge. After investigation, the driver, Thython Hodge, 47, Sabina was cited for driving under suspension and turn signal.
At 2:09 A.M., while on patrol, an officer observed a vehicle parked at O'Reilly's Auto Parts. The vehicle was discovered to be unoccupied.
At 2:12 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North 11th Street. The driver was warned for one headlight.
At 2:42 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Save A Lot. The driver was warned for brake lights.
At 2:52 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Smitty's Auto Sales. The driver was warned for no passenger side mirror.

At 8:04 P.M., a resident in the 1000 block of South 5th Street requested an emergency squad. Paint Creek Fire/EMS transported a female to the Greenfield Adena ER. An officer gave assistance.
At 8:23 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup at a residence in the 400 block of Spring Street. After investigation, it was determined to be an accidental by a juvenile.
At 9:34 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Waddell Street. The driver was warned for display of license plate.
At 11:32 P.M., officers attempted a warrant service at a residence in the 200 block of Mirabeau Street. Ralph Crabtree Jr., 37, Greenfield was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
