Governor DeWine signs bill into law

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed the following bill into law:

• House Bill 52, sponsored by State Representatives Sarah Fowler Arthur and Marilyn John, restores law related to emergency medical services training and continuing education programs, amends the versions of sections 4765.10, 4765.11 and 4765.30 of the Revised Code that are scheduled to take effect on Dec. 29, 2023, continues the changes on and after that date, and declares an emergency.
