Highland County resident Jim Bishop was a speaker at this year’s XV International Seminar on Mining Safety in Lima, Peru.
This annual seminar is sponsored by Instituto de Seguridad Minera ISEM (the Institute of Mine Safety) and its main objective is to disseminate the latest advances in worldwide Mine Safety. Jim’s topic was titled “Breakthrough Safety Performance for Supervisors.”
Bishop is the founder and executive consultant at American Workplace Consultants, Inc., in Hillsboro.
